Service Duration
Long-Term
Our long-term workers commit to serve for at least 2 years.
Go the long haul
Whether you plan to go for two years or for an indefinite period of time, our long-term service track is for you. In order to make Christ known and leave a long-lasting, sustainable impact, you’ll invest deeply in language acquisition and cultural adjustment – allowing you to go deep in relationships with teammates, neighbors, local churches, and local partners.
Why long-term?
Long-term service allows you to make a long-term impact. When you serve for 2+ years, you can:
- Live incarnationally in a community.
- Build trust through long-term relationships.
- Gain language proficiency and cultural competence.
