Easy-Giving EFT (Electronic Fund Transfer) Program
This is the option for monthly donors to support our Partners, Appointees, Projects or the General Fund.
You may do this by authorizing Interserve to automatically
transfer your donation from your bank to ours.

when on vacation or short on time!

- We save time by entering data only once.
- We save money on return envelopes and monthly receipts
(Your bank statement will now be your monthly receipt; however,
we will send a receipt every quarter.)
- Yet, our partners are benefited by a stable cash flow.
To send a donation by our Easy-Giving EFT Program:
Print out the appropriate form below, fill it out and sign
it
Send the form and a blank voided check (provides the information
about your bank that we need to set up your automated Easy-Giving
deduction) to:

This is a legal agreement that requires your signature,
and therefore must be sent to us through the mail.
