Executive Director

Patrick Krayer, PhD and his wife, Joan, worked in the South Asian region for almost 28 years. Pat has a PhD in Intercultural Studies from Fuller Theological Seminary, 2008; an MA from Wheaton College, 2002; a BTh from Bethany College, 1982; and a BA in clinical psychology from Florida State University, 1974. Pat has held numerous leadership roles overseas, as well as in the US. He is acknowledged as a visionary and strategic planner who is knowledgeable of the current developments and issues in international and intercultural service. Dr. Krayer joined Interserve in 2008 and assumed the role of Executive Director in January of 2013.

Associate Executive Director

John F. Kennedy, DMin and his wife, Jan, worked from 1976 to 1995 in the Netherlands with Youth With A Mission International (YWAM). They were involved in urban ministries focusing on evangelism, community outreach, church planting, church partnership and training. John and Jan also served on the leadership team for the YWAM base in Amsterdam. John became the Personnel Director for Interserve in 1998 and served in this role till 2009. From 2009 to 2012 John and Jan worked with Interserve in Kenya, assisting the Kenyan church as it sought to broaden its engagement in God’s global missions movement.

Finance Director

Robert Dolan came to Interserve in 1994. Before joining Interserve, Rob was Executive Vice President of Evangelical Ministries in Philadelphia, PA, and also worked at Sun Company. He graduated from West Chester University with a degree in Business Administration. Rob and his wife, Linda, a nurse, have a daughter.
